21 dead as boat capsizes off Andaman and Nicobar islands

At least 21 people were feared dead after a boat capsized on Sunday off the Andaman and Nicobar islands, according to Indian media reports.
The boat was carrying more than 40 people including tourists when it capsized off the coast of Port Blair, the capital of the islands, NDTV reported, citing a senior official.
