FIFA World Cup Trophy in Dhaka

The FIFA World Cup Trophy arrived in Dhaka Tuesday as part of its world tour to 89 countries.
The trophy arrived in the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport from the United Arab Emirates on a chartered flight of FIFA at about 12:00 pm. President of Bangladesh Football Federation Kazi Salahuddin received the trophy.
The Coca-Cola Company, in partnership with FIFA and Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF), organised a 3-day tour of the FIFA World Cup Trophy in Bangladesh, BFF said.
The trophy will remain in Dhaka from December 17 to 19.
BFF also said the trophy will be displayed at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Wednesday and Thursday when the lucky fans selected from among the consumers of Coca Cola will have the opportunity to view the trophy, take a photo with the trophy and view a special hologram animation showcasing memorable moments of the FIFA World Cup.
