Ohidur Rahman succumbed to his severe burns on Wednesday after being under treatment at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) for six days.
22 year old Rahman, a student of Dhaka College, died around 4.30am Wednesday, said DMCH police outpost Inspector Mozammel Haq.
He was badly burnt when a petrol-bomb was hurled at a bus in Dhaka's Shahbagh.
The bombing left 19 passengers injured.
Ohidur is the third victim to die of burns sustained in that bombing on Nov 28.
Teenager Nahid Moral died the same day while his cousin, a 22-year old garment factory worker Md Robin died the next day at DMCH.
Eleven persons have so far died at DMCH of burns suffered in violence during the Opposition's recent blockades and strikes.
Almost 28 percent of Rahman's body had been burnt, said doctors at the DMCH.
A fresher of Dhaka College's political science department, Rahman hailed from Noakhali.
His father Haji Wajiullah, 80, has been missing for the last 3 years, Rahman's uncle Mizanur Rahman said.
