Chopped body parts recoveredbdnews24.com / New Age Online
Police have recovered seven severed body parts of an unidentified woman from Bhashantek in the capital.
Bhashantek police station officer-in-charge Monwara Begum told bdnews24.com that the body parts were recovered from Damalcore Land Development Project site around 2:00pm on Thursday.
Police recovered three pairs of slippers and one dagger from the spot.
Since the body became highly decomposed, police assumed that the woman was murdered two or three days ago.
The woman is assumed to be in her 30s.
The slippers might be of the killers.
‘We are investigating the entire aspects of the murder,’ OC Monwara said.
The body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
