Police and pepper

ACCORDING to the report of a local English-language daily on January 17, our police now have a new weapon — ‘pepper spray’, which is sprayed on the protesting crowd. Experts deem this as a violation of the constitution and the minister concerned has dismissed their opinion, as usual. I assume this debate will role on to the High Court premises. I am really looking forward to the physicians’ opinions on the affects of paper spray to human body.
