Two killed in Ctg accidents

Two people were killed and one was injured in two accidents in the Chittagong city on Thursday.
A man was killed as a container fell on him at the Chittagong New mooring container terminal early in the morning.
The deceased was identified as Mohammed Kabir, 25, an assistant of a truck and son of Mohammed Muslim of Patenga of the city.
Md Abu Tayeb, sub-inspector of Bander police station, said Kabir sustained critical injuries while a container collapsed on him.
He was taken to the Chittagong Medical College Hospital in a critical condition where on-duty doctor declared him dead at around 2:20am.
In another incident, a motorbike driver was killed as truck hit his bike in the flyover area under the Bandar police station on Thursday.
The man was identified as Nasir Uddin, 22, son of Yasin Mia of Ukhiya of Cox’s Bazar.
Md Dulal, co-rider of the motorbike, was injured in this incident and admitted to the Chittagong Medical College Hospital in this incident.
